Diana Sin
Principal
Diana is responsible for curating bespoke spaces that blend functionality with timeless style, overseeing every aspect of the design process to ensure projects run seamlessly from concept to completion. She fosters a culture of creativity and collaboration within her team, encouraging fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Her expertise lies in understanding her clients’ unique visions and translating them into cohesive, inspired designs. Juan Medrano
Principal
Juan oversees the strategic implementation and technical vision of design projects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically compelling, He leads the design strategy while ensuring that project execution is technically sound, managing everything from space planning and construction detailing to materials specification. He develops strategic design solutions that align with both client goals and industry standards, coordinating closely with design teams, contractors, and the client to ensure that each project is delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality. He also oversees project timelines, management, and resource allocation, ensuring the seamless integration of design and technical execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Alexandra Primm
Project Designer
As Project Designer, Alexandra works closely with both the creative and strategic teams, ensuring seamless collaboration at every stage of the project. She partners with clients to understand their vision, develop design concepts, create detailed plans, select materials and furnishings, and ensure the project aligns with their visual and functional needs. With a deep commitment to craftsmanship, Alexandra ensures that every element is executed with precision, coordinating with vendors and team members to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standard—always reflecting the client- centric service and integrity of the brand.
